How quickly will my order be shipped?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • At URNBZONE, we do all that we can to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please see our SHIPPING POLICY for details. Kindly note that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused major disruptions to international flights, ground transportation and postal services in many parts of the world. These disruptions often slow down shipping times. To help reduce the impact of these disruptions, URBNZONE endeavours to offer and use shipping options that offer the quickest and most reliable service, for a reasonable cost.

How do I track the location of my order?

  • Kindly use the TRACK MY ORDER function located in the footer section of this website.  Once there, please enter the tracking number provided to you in the email message sent to you shortly after your order was confirmed. You can track the location of your order in real-time by using the TRACK MY ORDER function any time after you have received your tracking number.

How can I find out if I can exchange an item?

If I want to try to change something shortly after ordering, can I do that?

  • We try our best to accommodate such requests, but it depends on how quickly you send us your request. We ask that you alert us to any requested changes within 12 hours of placing your original order. For details, please see our EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, our fraud filter may have marked your order as fraudulent. This is a precautionary action taken because our store is sometimes the target of unscrupulous actors – so we need to be careful. If you are certain that your order was 100% okay, please order again using a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal account, you can easily sign up for one at www.Paypal.com

What currency will I be charged in?

  • All URBNZONE products are sold in US Dollars (USD).  However, if your credit card account is based on another currency, it will likely show the cost of your order in your local currency.

How can I find out how much the USD price will be in my local currency?

  • Our currency converter should automatically convert all USD quoted prices on our website into your local currency.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

  • It depends on the regulations in force in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Note that URBNZONE has no control over taxes or duties applied by various governments and jurisdictions, and must adhere to any related laws or procedures that are in force.
